Hope everyone had a great weekend!
Adam is our Star Student this week, and did a great job presenting today!
Last week our glass earned the Golden Basketball for being leaders in PE! We've been really working to earn that award, and were thrilled to receive it!
We also finished up Module 1 for Project Lead the Way! The kids learned SO much through the activities, and really began to think like engineers! The final project was to design a paintbrush using providing materials that serves a specific function of their choice. Each kiddo uploaded their model into SeeSaw.
They evaluated their paintbrushes by painting with them! They discussed if it produced the design that they were aiming for, and what they would change for next time. Our Director of Elementary Education came through for a few minutes on Friday to see our class' hard work with PLTW! It was great seeing the kids share with her what they were doing as engineers!
We will start Module 2 in a few weeks! I'll keep you posted!
